Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Qwen API Gateway, an independent API gateway for OpenAI-compatible access to selected Qwen-family models. By creating an account, buying credits, creating an API key, or sending API requests, you agree to these terms.

Service relationship

This service is operated independently. Qwen, Alibaba Cloud, Stripe, and other third-party names are used only to identify compatible model access, payment processing, documentation, or infrastructure providers. Those third parties are not responsible for this service unless their own terms say otherwise.

Accounts and API keys

• You are responsible for the account, API keys, applications, and requests associated with your credentials.
• Keep API keys secret. Requests made with your API keys may be charged to your account.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts, API keys, or requests that appear abusive, risky, unlawful, or harmful to service reliability.

Credits, billing, and refunds

• Credits are prepaid and are used for metered API usage. They are not cash, bank deposits, stored-value cards, or transferable balances.
• Top-ups are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. This service does not currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Model availability, rate limits, context limits, and public prices may change. Current public model prices are shown on the pricing page.
• Promotional or complimentary credits, if granted, have no cash value and may be limited, revoked, or changed.
• Refunds are discretionary unless required by law. Refund eligibility may depend on unused balance, fraud checks, payment processor rules, and account status.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• break the law, violate others' rights, or process content you are not allowed to submit;
• send spam, malware, abusive traffic, credential-stuffing attempts, or attempts to bypass rate limits or billing controls;
• probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service or its providers;
• submit secrets, payment card data, health data, or other highly sensitive information unless you have confirmed that the service and model provider are appropriate for that use.

Model outputs and availability

AI model outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unsafe, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and API behavior may change as models, providers, prices, and operational limits change.

Third-party services and links

The service depends on third-party infrastructure, including model providers and Stripe for payment processing. External links, including links to qwencloud.com, are provided for convenience and are governed by the third party's own terms and privacy practices.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, non-payment, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or operational risk.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, model accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
